I. General terms

◇ Please communicate in a nice and polite manner. Rude or unpleasant interaction may be grounds for refusal or cancellation of the commission.◇ Please keep communication within the scope of commission work. Unrelated or unnecessary conversations, especially ones that cause discomfort, will not be entertained.◇ Artist reserves the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other reasons.◇ Miscommunication and misunderstandings are inevitable. In such cases, please do not hesitate to reach out. I will do my best to clear up any confusion.◇ In the event that existing or future art is used for hate crimes, propaganda, misleading content, or anything that endangers the artist or the client, the Artist has the right to request that the specific content be deleted or taken down.◇ Do not remove or alter my watermark, or use the artwork for AI training or NFTs.◇ Please credit me when sharing the artwork online.◇ Rush commissions are currently closed. Artist reserves the right to open or close rush orders at any time.

II. Payment

◇ Currency is PHP (Philippine Peso). Payment is via GCash only. I do not take international commissions at this time.◇ Payment can be either upfront (100%) or split 50/50. Work will only begin once payment has been received.◇ For 50/50 payments, work starts once the first half is received. The remaining balance must be paid upon sketch approval. Final artwork will not be delivered until full payment is received.◇ The Client will be given a maximum of one (1) week to complete the remaining balance upon sketch approval. Failure to pay within this period may result in the cancellation of the commission. The initial payment will be forfeited as compensation for the work already completed. No refund will be issued for the initial payment.◇ Client acknowledges that all deliverables are digital and no physical goods will be shipped.◇ Client agrees not to issue chargebacks. Please ensure I am the artist you wish to work with before commissioning.◇ Please pay only after I have officially accepted the commission, meaning both parties have already thoroughly discussed the details and price of the Work.

III. Process & Workflow

◇ Please provide clear references, instructions, and any necessary details to avoid misunderstandings. I am not responsible for dissatisfaction due to vague or incomplete instructions.◇ Commissions work on a waitlist/queue basis in order of payment received. Commissions paid first take priority.◇ Commissions are worked on one at a time in queue order. I do not work on multiple commissions simultaneously to ensure each piece gets full attention.◇ Work completion typically takes 1 to 2 weeks days to a month, depending on commission type, complexity, and workload. This applies from when I start your order, excluding queue waiting time.◇ Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload. Artist will communicate any updates regarding queue position or delays.◇ Working in Progress (WIP) previews are sent upon request or when feedback is needed. Clients may also proactively request a WIP update at any time.◇ Mixed style orders allowed -- each piece priced separately at their respective rates◇ Final artwork is delivered via Google Drive or Gmail in PNG format at raw resolution. Other formats are available upon request.◇ I will do my best to adhere to any agreed timeline. If delays arise due to personal circumstances or unforeseen situations, I will inform the Client promptly.

IV. Revisions

◇ Revisions are only accepted during the sketch, flat color/base, and early render stages (20-50% progress); up to 3 minor and 1 major revision overall. Major revisions include changes to outfit, pose, or composition. Corrections for artist errors do not count against these limits.◇ Additional revisions beyond these limits may incur extra fees.◇ Revisions may affect progress and delivery timeline.◇ No revisions will be accepted once the Work is finished. However, if the Artist made an error (with proper proof), corrections will be made at no cost.

V. Copyright & Usage

◇ Artist retains copyright, ownership, and intellectual property rights over all commissioned Work, including the right to display, share, print, and broadcast the Work and WIPs on social media, portfolios, streams, and YouTube, unless otherwise agreed.◇ If you prefer the artwork not to be streamed or turned into a speedpaint, please inform me beforehand so we can discuss.◇ You may not claim the artwork as your own. Please credit me using my social tag, username, or link whenever the Work is displayed publicly.◇ Usage of the Work for AI tools, machine learning training, NFTs, or blockchain purposes is strictly prohibited. If you come across any such unauthorized use, please inform the Artist.◇ Artist may use rejected WIP versions for other projects, provided it does not infringe on the Client's intellectual property, character design, or branding.◇ The Client may not resell, redistribute, or profit from the artwork unless commercial rights are purchased.◇ Clients are not allowed to heavily edit the Work after final delivery. Minor adjustments such as cropping or applying filters are permitted.◇ Personal use includes displaying the Work on social media without direct monetization, printing for personal spaces, or any use where no monetization of the Work is involved.◇ All commissions are for personal use by default. If your intended use is commercial or for resale, please let me know before or during your inquiry so we can discuss the appropriate rate.◇ Commercial use (promoting a brand, business, or monetized platform) is charged at 2x the original price.◇ Monetized or resale use (selling the art as prints, merch, or any product) is charged at 3x the original price.◇ Usage not disclosed upfront will require an additional fee once discovered.

VI. Refunds & Cancellations

◇ A full refund will be granted if the Client cancels while still in the waitlist and work has not yet started.◇ An 80% refund may be provided if the cancellation notice is sent while the Work is still in the sketch or cleanup stage.◇ No refund will be granted once work has progressed beyond the sketch or cleanup stage.◇ If the Artist cannot complete the Work, the Client may be eligible for a full refund. If the Client wishes to keep the work done up to that point, the Artist will provide a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.
